Concrete is a bulk building material made from Silicate in a Mixer. Every station a Constructor builds takes it, and so do the Shipyard, every gate and panels.
Its only input is silicate, which every tier has. Each unit of concrete takes several units of silicate, so a large build takes a large amount of mining.
