The mixer is a station facility that makes concrete from silicate, coolant from water and polymer, and composite from fiber and polymer. Concrete is an input to panels, the Shipyard, the Port, the Forward HQ and the standard gate.
It is built from iron plate and glass, both from a Smelter. An Outpost or a refinery works can hold one.
