The refinery works is a chemistry station. It is the only station that holds an Electrolyser, alongside a Refinery, a Mixer and a Dock, so the whole chain from water to polymer, fiber, composite and coolant runs at one station. Its dock takes ships up to a cruiser, including tankers.
A Constructor builds it from tanks, pumps, panels and concrete.
