Exotic alloy is Steel Plate fused with Exotics in a Foundry. It is among the hardest materials and has the highest melting point of any resource. It goes into shielding and heavy frames, and into the deep miner, the wayfarer, the leviathan, the core tap and the lattice scanner.
Exotics are mined in the Deadzone, and also occur in deposits in the Static and the Fade.
