The workshop is a small station for parts and ships. It holds a Fabricator, an Assembler, a Shipyard and a Dock, which turn plates into gears, circuits, motors and frames, and those into ships. It makes no plates, fuel or concrete; an Outpost does.
The hull builds it from iron and silicate ore, as it does an outpost, and a Constructor can build one too. Its dock takes ships up to a frigate.
