A star that has collapsed. It is far heavier than any ordinary star and gives almost no heat, so every body around it is frozen and ice condenses everywhere, even close in. Its weight makes its bodies orbit fast, so when they meet they hit hard.
Black holes lie only in the outer rings, most often in the Deadzone. The world rules treat one like any star, through its mass and heat.
