MELTING

Melting is the world rule that turns a resource warmer than its melting point into the resource it melts into, such as Ice into Water. It applies only on a body with enough gravity to hold its vapour; a lighter body loses its ice by Sublimation instead. Melting happens throughout the body, not only at the surface, a little at a time and unit for unit. Differentiation then floats the water up.
